Inspired to expand her toolbox of treatment options, Dr. Saadatmand pursued additional training in integrative psychiatry, including a fellowship through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. She has training in a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic psychotherapy and multiple cognitive behavioral therapies such as mindfulness-based work, acceptance and commitment therapy, and CBT for anxiety, depression, and insomnia.

Dr. Saadatmand fosters a collaborative approach with her patients, incorporating each person’s goals, strengths, environments, and networks, in conjunction with evidence-based modalities, to enhance wellness. Her style incorporates a blend of psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and integrative treatments.
