Dr Morgan is a board-certified psychiatrist who wants to partner with you in living a fulfilling life.

After finishing undergraduate studies in neuroscience and behavioral biology at Emory University, she studied medicine at Columbia University and then completed her residency training at UCSF with an area of distinction in women’s mental health, including serving as chief resident. Throughout her training she has had a focus on women’s health across the lifespan, including the perinatal period. She also has had additional experience as an integrative psychiatrist working with the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine and further fellowship training in integrative and reproductive psychiatry.

Her additional training in various psychotherapy modalities with a focus on psychodynamic psychotherapy informs every aspect of her care, which means ‘together we focus on the whole-person holistically to work to understand what health and wellness means for you, what issues are getting in the way, and creating a plan to address these concerns, and ultimately live a richer life.’ She approaches care through medication management and psychotherapy, working with the patient to determine whether either or both treatment approaches fit well.
