A Unique Program to Help Master Stress
The program consists of psychoeducation, individualized skill building, and personalized tool acquisition in a supportive and success-driven group format. It will help you gain valuable insight into your anxious and negative reactions to challenges.
The program is lead by Dr. Banks, who has over 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, facilitating groups for stress management, effective communication, neurocognitive behavioral techniques, and psychophysiological awareness.
She has successfully run groups not only in her private practice, but at Sharp Memorial Hospital, San Diego, Scripps Clinic in San Diego, and the Medical University of South Carolina. She also developed and successfully implemented the group programs used at the University of California, San Diego.

Cost for this accelerated program is $850 for 6 weeks
Group size is limited to 4-6 people for more individualized attention and support.
All sessions include worksheet completion for interactive and long-term learning.
Progress will be measured at weeks 1,3, and 6.
First session is on February 1st, and will run for six consecutive weeks, once per week.
